At Performance IV Hydration, your safety is our top priority! We partner with Guardian MD to provide a Pre IV Examination before your first IV Hydration treatment. This telemedicine exam allows a medical professional to review your health and ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you. The GFE is required for all new clients and is repeated once a year to make sure we continue to provide safe and effective care.

Myounghee was born and grew up in Korea. She graduated from Central Texas college with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2000 and obtained a bachelor’s degree in nursing at UW Tacoma. She has 24 years of Acute Hospital care experience including 13 years at the Madigan Army Medical Center at Tacoma. Proud to be an Army wife for 19 years, married to Larry who retired from the US Army after 27 years. Her commitment to her clients is to provide convenient and affordable IV Hydration service for their health and happiness.

Good faith examination is comprehensive assessments performed by medical professionals to evaluate the health, suitability, and safety of patients seeking services at Performance IV Hydration.
Good faith exam, also known as pre-authorization exam, is done through Telemedicine by Guardian MD before your first IV Hydration appointment to evaluate whether it is safe to proceed with the treatment.
It is done once if you are a new client at Performance IV Hydration. It is recommended that a good faith exam be completed before a patient’s first treatment, and repeated once a year.
